Hunt grants galore

A NUMBER of local groups around Cranbourne shared in $10,000 through grants provided by the Hunt Club Community Fund.
Eighteen not-for-profit organisations were distributed grants by
the Dennis Family Corporation.
Successful applicants received cheques worth $500 to $1000 at the presentation which was held at the Hunt Club land sales office.
Chief executive officer of the Dennis Family Corporation Peter Levigne said the group had long provided local organisations with grants each year.
“Our community fund at The Hunt Club has reached its 13th year and has now provided more than $170,000 to local groups since its establishment,” he said.
“Each year, funding is allocated to assist a variety of worthy projects in the local community.”
