A 22-year-old Cranbourne woman has died after being found seriously burnt at a house on 3 February.
The woman was treated by paramedics at the Boronia Avenue property about 6.30pm and transported to hospital that night.
Police say the circumstances are “still to be determined”.
A 29-year-old Cranbourne man is assisting them with their inquiries. He is known to the woman, police say.
The police’s Homicide Squad, with help of the Arson and Explosives Squad, is investigating the incident.
