Murder charge on stabbing

HOMICIDE Squad detectives have charged a 32-year-old man with murder following a stabbing in Cranbourne on Friday 10 June.
Emergency services were called to a Camms Road home about 9.10pm after receiving reports a 38-year-old Cranbourne man had been stabbed.
He died at the scene.
The charged man, known to the victim, appeared in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Sunday 12 June and did not apply for bail.
The court heard he had issues with cannabis, alcohol and depression.
The case returns to court on Wednesday 15 June.
