FORMER Guides and leaders gathered in Cranbourne last month to celebrate the 10th birthday of Campbell Trefoil Guild.
About 60 women, from the Trefoil Guild, attended the birthday party held at the Cranbourne Guide Hall on Saturday 2 March.
Trefoil Guild is made up of women who may have been a Guide or Guide leader who meet once a month to socialise and work on fund-raising for charity.
Member Sandra Roach said everyone enjoyed the birthday celebration.
“We enjoyed a party lunch, party hats, games, prizes galore and even pinatas,” she said.
“Every lady received a knitted cupcake, guaranteed non-fattening, and took home a Campbell Trefoil Guild badge as well as sore ribs from lots of laughing.
“Our patron, Phyllis Campbell, was on hand to cut the cake and celebrate this happy occasion with us.”
Anyone who has been a brownie, Guide, ranger or leader is welcome to join the group and can find out more by emailing Wendy Edwards on garwen@bigpond.com.
