Freeze! The Heart-Stopping Performance that Defies Gravity
Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria will host Freeze!, the gravity-defying show by Dutch performance artist, Nick Steur, from 14 April. Freeze! promises edge of your seat’ fascination, as Nick precariously balances rocks on unbelievable angles; in the peaceful garden locale at both the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria’s Melbourne Garden and Cranbourne Garden. Showcasing the patience and unique skill he developed a child, Nick has created a 50-80 minute stone sculpturing performance. No glue, cement or any other trick is involved.
• Public performances cost $20 for adults and $16 for concession / Friends members / Under 15. Performances take place at Cranbourne Gardens on Saturday, 14 April from 11am and 3pm, and Sunday, 15 April from 11am and 3pm. Circus Royale Cranbourne

Storytime – Casey Cardinia Libraries
Are you a full time working parent and can’t make story time during the week? Storytime introduces children to a wide range of books, stimulates new ideas and interests, helps develop language skills and provides a chance to socialise. Perfect for preschool aged children, but all are welcome.
