Police are searching for information to help locate missing man Yves.
The 30-year-old was last seen on Broad Oak Drive, Cranbourne East on Tuesday, 26 October at about 6pm.
Police have concerns for Yves as he has a medical condition.
He was last seen wearing a khaki jacket, khaki shorts and black runners.
Yves is known to frequent the Cranbourne, Berwick, Mornington and Melbourne CBD areas.
