The crash blocked the intersection of Cranbourne-Frankston and Hall roads, causing traffic chaos.

A 40-year-old woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries while a 43-year-old man was assessed by paramedics at the scene.

Police are investigating the cause of the collision and are asking drivers to take care on the roads so motorists make it to their destinations safely.
