A bikie clubhouse has gone up in flames in Cranbourne West after emergency services responded to reports of an explosion during the early hours of Thursday 19 March.
Police found the Finks Outlaw Motorcycle Club clubhouse on Morialta Road extensively damaged by fire after attending the scene about 1.30am.
The CFA sent four trucks from Hallam, Cranbourne, and Skye to the building where the blaze was brought under control within half-an-hour.
It is believed no one was in the property at the time and no one was injured.
Hours earlier, police were called to a supplement store on Nepean Highway, Frankston following reports of a fire just after 11pm.
A short time later and distance away police were then called to a car on fire in Brunel Road Seaford about 11.10pm.
Two men, believed to have had their faces covered, were reportedly seen running away from the vehicle into a nearby reserve, police allege. Police searched the area but were unable to find those involved.
A crime scene guard was established at the property overnight and an arson chemist will attend the scene.
Investigators are looking at the possibility that the three incidents are linked.
