Birthday girl Quinnie has celebrated her special day at Moonlit Sanctuary by devouring her favourite meat cake made from kangaroo, rat and kibble.

The Spot-tailed Quoll celebrated her fifth birthday at the Pearcedale wildlife park on Thursday 1 August. She is pictured enjoying a cuddle with keeper, Blaire Bunter.

Spot-tailed Quolls are an endangered species but the park is hoping to halt its decline by developing a national breeding program.

Quinnie is in great health and still enjoys chasing prey and a starring role in the park’s ‘Conservation in Action’ wildlife show.
