Lynbrook Lake Lantern Festival
Experience the magic of hundreds of floating lanterns on Lynbrook Lake as well as the spectacular Lantern Walk through Banjo Paterson Park at dusk at 7pm led this year by DRACO the dinosaur.
The floating lotus lanterns are only $2. Please bring a lighter or matches to light your candle quicker. Children and adults alike can buy and paint a paper lantern ($4 – which light up at dusk) to take on the lantern walk and then take home to keep.

Busk a Move busking festival
Do you want to dance because you like to groove? Don’t just stand there…come and check out the best emerging local talent competing in our first ever Busking Festival.
They’re on a mission and they’re wishing they have what it takes to win a stack of great prizes and take out the mantle of Casey’s best busker.

Frog Hollow and Wilson Botanic park runs
It is a 5km timed run – it’s you against the clock. It’s open to everyone, free and is safe and easy to take part in. If you are a new runner, and have not previously registered, please go the link www.parkrun.com.au/register/ and don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode.
