A man was allegedly nabbed driving an unregistered car and displaying false number plates in Cranbourne North on Friday, 16 March.
Highway Patrol intercepted the 32 year-old on Wentworth Street at 1.17am.
The Won Wron man also tested positive to having an illicit drug in his oral fluid.
He will be summoned to face court at a later date.
