Tree fires ‘deliberate’

POLICE understand two fires which destroyed a line of trees in Cranbourne East last week were deliberately lit.
Narre Warren and Cranbourne CFA units attended the blaze, near Briar Crescent, and 60 square metres of land was burnt.
The fires were reported to local detectives and the CFA on Tuesday 19 April, about 9.30pm.
