Sogo singled out winner

A CLYDE North display home was recognised as the best display home worth more than $600,001 at an awards ceremony last Friday night.
Urbanedge homes were announced as the winner for the Sogo 6-54 at the HIA-CSR Victorian Housing and Kitchen and Bathroom Awards night on Friday 7 November.
The Clyde North display home is uniquely designed, and director of Urbanedge Steve Maher was thrilled with his group’s success at the award ceremony this month.
“We couldn’t be happier with the result,” Mr Maher said.
“A lot of hard work and preparation go into creating our display homes and it couldn’t have been done without a team effort.”
The Sogo’s signature facade features an angled rendered projection and stained cedarcladding.
The home also includes four bedrooms, including a hotel-style master suite with an oversized walk-in robe and private balcony to the rear of the first floor. There are four living areas across both floors including a casual living area and a theatre room.
“The Sogo is a luxurious home but has something to suit every lifestyle,” Mr Maher said.
“The combination of open-plan living with zoned rooms adds to the functionality of the home and gives each family member more choice.”
The display home is open to walk through seven days a week from 11am – 5pm.
