Police would like to speak to this woman in relation to the theft of two handbags from a Cranbourne store.POLICE are seeking public assistance to locate a woman who was caught on CCTV cameras stealing two handbags from a Cranbourne shop.
About 3.40pm on 1 December, the unknown woman entered the $2 Superstore, located at 75 High Street, Cranbourne, and pushed open the staff room door.
Police said she then went into the office at the rear of the store and stole two handbags from inside and then left the store.
The woman is not known to staff.
Police describe her as Caucasian, in her late 30s to early 40s, about 5’9” in height, solid build, with straight, black, shoulder length hair. She was wearing reading glasses and black top and shorts.
