Young pizza magnate is just beginning

Twenty-two-year-old Sarah Lynch has just opened a Domino’s Pizza store in Hampton Park.Twenty-two-year-old Sarah Lynch has just opened a Domino’s Pizza store in Hampton Park.

NARRE Warren’s Sarah Lynch agrees with the old saying that age is no barrier.
At just 22, Ms Lynch has climbed the ranks at Domino’s Pizza, opening her first store in Hampton Park.
From pizza maker to pizza store entrepreneur, Ms Lynch has worked her way up the corporate ladder, opening Hampton Park’s first and Melbourne’s 50th store two weeks ago.
Proving enthusiasm and dedication mean everything when it comes to career advancement, the new owner started her career at Domino’s Pizza five years ago as a casual pizza maker.
“I originally started at Domino’s Pizza to earn some extra pocket money while I was at school,” she said.
“My enthusiasm saw me promoted to shift manager, and I just loved it. And then one day it finally hit me. I had finally found a job I was passionate about.”
So she decided to make it her career.
“It’s the best job in the world. My mum and dad own the Domino’s Pizza outlet in Narre Warren, so I guess you could say pizza is in my blood,” Ms Lynch said.
“As soon as Hampton Park is established with a loyal customer base, I definitely have plans to open further Domino’s outlets in nearby suburbs over the next few years,” she said.
At the moment there are stores in Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Endeavour Hills, Dandenong and Pakenham.
Ms Lynch is also keen to find a local community group or charity that her new store can support.
The Hampton Park store is located at the Hampton Park Shopping Square on Hallam Road.
People interested in working at Domino’s Pizza should ring the store on 131 888 or go online at www.dominos.com.au.
