KILBERRY Valley Primary School students explored the weird world of science last week.
The children spent last Thursday learning about the fascinating things that can be achieved using science.
Some were shocked and surprised at the results of their experiments, particularly those involving chemical reactions.
Other activities focused on static electricity, colour, light, sound and gravity.
Students worked in cross-age groups, with each group consisting of students from prep to grade six, and completed six rotations.
Kilberry Valley Primary School special events coordinator Lisa Cain said the day was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by all the students.
