CRANBOURNE residents and businesses showed their colours for the World’s Greatest Shave at the Cranbourne Centro Shopping Centre last Friday.
All kinds of people showed their support for the Leukaemia Foundation by shaving or colouring their hair in a special fundraising event at the shopping centre.
Victoria has the second-highest state total of funds raised, with $469,978 so far collected for the Leukaemia Foundation.
All funds raised go towards the care and cure of patients and families through cost-free accommodation close to hospitals, transport to and from treatment, disease education and counselling programs, as well as cutting-edge research into better treatments and cures.
