A WOMAN confronted a man who was standing outside her Cranbourne South house with her son’s motorbike last week.
The woman, 43, arrived home at 3.30pm on 30 May to find the man standing in front of the garage at the Pearcedale Road property.
Police said the man said he had chased away the thief and was returning the Honda bike. He then fled.
The woman said he got into a brown Corolla sedan with a baby seat in the back and drove off.
The man was described as about 20, Caucasian, with blond shoulder-length hair, 167 centimetres tall and of medium build. Witnesses can call 5995 4577.
