A BERWICK man has been charged with rape and false imprisonment.
The 45-year-old man was remanded in custody this week after being interviewed by Cranbourne CIU.
Police said the charges related to an alleged incident on Monday, 4 December.
The man will appear before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 16 January for a committal hearing.
