Businesses in the rgion are invited to attend a 70s Christmas party at Cranbourne Gardens.

The Australian Gardens Cranbourne will be hosting its inaugural Christmas party for businesses in the region on 7 December.

Barry Iddles, operator at the Tarnuk Room and Boon Wurrung cafe within Australian Gardens Cranbourne said guests are invited to event, which includes a stunning three-course dinner (drinks at bar prices) and live music by ’70s Decadance’, a five-piece live band that plays the greatest hits from the 1970s – for a cost of $60 per person.

“It’s a great way for a small team to enjoy a big-party atmosphere with superior catering and service for a fraction of the cost. No table too small!” he said.

70’s Decadance’ drummer and band manager, Danny Boldiston, said the outfit is an exciting show band, featuring two female vocalists. Dressed in authentic 70s fashion, ’70s Decadance’ showcases disco-inspired tunes as well as glam rock from the era.

“We will have guests boogieing to the biggest and best hits from artists of the time, such as ABBA, the Bee Gee’s, Queen, The Sweet, Blondie, Skyhooks and AC/DC. Performing songs such as Love is in the air, I will survive, Grease Mega Mix, Disco Inferno, Born to be Alive and much much more….”

The inaugural Christmas Party on Saturday 7 December at Tarnuk Room and Boon Wurrung cafe 1000 Ballarto Road, Cranbourne , starts around 6:30pm.
