TWO cars were damaged by fire in Cranbourne on 21 November.
About 12.30am, containers of flammable liquid were placed, then lit, under the rear passenger side of the cars, parked in driveways in Arleon Crescent and Camms Road.
The Arleon Crescent vehicle was noticed by a passerby who called 000. The fire was extinguished by a neighbour.
The Camms Road fire was noticed by the CFA arriving in response to the first call and was extinguished.
Both vehicles suffered damage to the plastic bodywork on the right rear, near the fuel tanks.
