A BURNTOUT car was found at the end of a dirt road in Botanic Ridge, Cranbourne, on Saturday 31 January.
Police found the stolen vehicle around 7am and said it was totally destroyed.
The CFA also attended the scene.
Anyone with more information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
