Thirsty thieves hotfoot it in drivethrough

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a burglary at Hungry Jack’s in Cranbourne on the weekend.
They said two unknown offenders approached the drivethrough of the South Gippsland Highway fast food outlet and forced the window in the early hours of Sunday, 11 September.
They took several drinks from the fridge and fled on foot.

THE Hampton Park newsagency was robbed during an early morning raid on the weekend.
Offenders forced the front door of the Somerville Road store sometime between 2am and 2.30am on Saturday, 10 September.
They fled with several packets of cigarettes.

VANDALS have attacked several classrooms at Courtenay Gardens Primary School in Cranbourne North.
Eleven windows were smashed during the attack on the Rosebank Drive school overnight between 18 and 19 August.
The offenders also entered the computer room and caused substantial damage to computers and educational equipment.
