Fatal collision in Lynbrook

A woman has died in a fatal collision in Lynbrook.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision that occurred in Lynbrook on the afternoon of Tuesday 3 September.

Emergency Services were called to Evans Road about 4.15pm on 3 September after two cars had been involved in a head-on collision.

Crews treated one of the drivers, believed to be a woman in her 50s, at the scene, but she could not be saved.

The male driver of the other car, believed to be in his 30s, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The exact circumstances of the collision are being investigated.
