Several Pearcedale shops smashed

Casey Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating several stores were broken into and damaged at a shopping centre in Pearcedale on 20 April.

It is understood two males were involved, with one offender using a sledge hammer to force entry into four shops about 6am.

Police were told no goods were stolen, however there was significant damage to the businesses.

No one was inside the closed businesses at the time of the alleged incident.
