The familial culture and environment provided by Sea Change Conveyancing has seen them awarded Family Business of the Year at the at the Cranbourne Chamber of Commerce ‘Love Your Local’ Business Awards on Thursday 24 March.
Business Director Seanne Roe started Seachange in 2007 and employs her husband, Aaron and her two daughters, Ashley and Charlie.
But Ms Roe said that their bond extends to the rest of the employees too.
“Our staff members do become like an extended family for us because of length of time they’ve been working for us,” Ms Roe said.
Seachange Conveyancing specialise in providing a set price conveyancing service for domestic and commercial property transactions.
Ms Roe believes that being known as a family business within the community went a long way to being chosen for the award.
“It’s well and truly appreciated (to receive this award).
“Nominations have come from people in the business sector and to be recognised in that field is a privilege.”
