Bunjil to host vax clinic

This Thursday, Monash Health’s South East Public Health Unit will open a new pop-up Covid-19 vaccination clinic for the community at Bunjil Place.

The Bunjil Place Vaccination Clinic will operate every day from 21 October to 7 November, 9am to 5pm.

Please be aware that lines may close early due to demand.

Local residents can either a book an appointment or simply walk in without a booking to the vaccination clinic.

The Bunjil Place Vaccination Clinic will offer Pfizer and Moderna first doses and second doses for those eligible.

Everyone aged 12 years and over is eligible for the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines.

Currently, the required interval between the first and second doses of Pfizer is three weeks and Moderna is four weeks.

There will be interpreters and interpreter services available to support local residents who attend.

Private booths and women-only booths are also available upon request.

The vaccination is free, safe and the best way to protect yourself, your family and community from Covid-19.

Importantly, if you have any symptoms, please get tested, isolate and wait to receive a negative result before attending the vaccination clinic.
