Have your say on new parks

Residents are being invited to have their say on what they want the park to include.

Clyde residents are being invited to have their say on a new State Government park.

Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change, Lily D’Ambrosio said a new park will be created at Clyde, joining others being constructed in Werribee and Deanside and improvements to two parks in Werribee and Melton South.

Victorians are invited to share their ideas and feedback from May to June on what they would like to see in the parks.

These ideas are the first step in developing plans for the parks, which will then be shared with the community for further input.

The parks are part of the $154 million Suburban Parks Program which will provide 6500 hectares of new and upgraded, accessible green space for communities in Melbourne’s growing outer suburbs.
