Police are seeking public’s help to identify a man after an armed robbery in Hampton Park and Ferntree Gully late last year.
About 8pm on Saturday 23 November the man entered a pharmacy on the corner of Stuart Avenue and Fordholm Road in Hampton Park.
Wielding a kitchen knife, he demanded a prescription drug and left in a white Holden Commodore.
On Friday 29 November at 9pm, the same man entered a pharmacy on Ferntree Gully Road in Ferntree Gully. He produced a silver coloured firearm and again demanded prescription drugs.
Police have released images of a man whom they believe may be able to assist in their inquiries.
He is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance and 170cm with a medium build.
At the time of the first offence he was wearing a white motorcycle helmet, sunglasses, a yellow fluorescent shirt, dark pants and gloves. During the second offence he was wearing the same helmet, a dark hooded jumper, dark pants, gloves and was carrying two shopping bags.
