Man wanted in petrol-drive off

Cranbourne police hope CCTV images will identify a man allegedly involved in a petrol drive off in Cranbourne on Sunday 20 January.

Police allege a blue Holden Commodore attended a United service station on High Street with the male driver getting out and filling the car with fuel.

The male, who is described as Caucasian appearance, aged in his early twenties, slim build with short dark hair, then got back in the vehicle and drove away without making any attempt to pay.

Police have released CCTV still images of a man who they believe can assist with their investigation.

Anyone who recognises the male or has any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
