A new four-bedroom family home Clyde North will be auctioneered – with the sale going towards fighting motor neuron disease (MND).
Henley has joined forces with Brown Property Group and 200 local trades and suppliers to build the 69th Henley charity home.
As part of the FightMND campaign, spearheaded by co-founder and AFL great, Neale Daniher, a 38 square doublestory Henley home, built in Brown Property Group’s master-planned Meridian community, will be donated and will sell on Saturday 2 March.
Henley has a 28-year history in building and donating homes to charities. Last year, Henley donated the 68th home charity home for the Good Friday Appeal and represents an achievement of raising $14.7 million to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Going under the hammer is a stunning Emperor 38 by Henley, which is a 38-square, 4 bedroom, 5 living room home, located at 106 Newgrange Boulevard, within Brown Property Group’s Meridian Community, Clyde North.
The home will feature luxury fittings and fixtures and finished with professional landscaping, decking, ducted heating and air-conditioning and window coverings.
The furniture featured in the home has been donated by Guest Furniture and will be sold as part of the overall auction price.
Mr Daniher said the entire team at FightMND was continually humbled by the overwhelming support and generosity of organisations.
“The home being sold is absolutely stunning and we are honoured to be involved in this wonderful initiative and offer our heartfelt thanks to all involved in building and selling the magnificent home,” he said.
Brad Ryan, the local owner and auctioneer from Harcourts real estate, Narre Warren South, has kindly donated his time to this initiative and will be managing the sales campaign and auction of this wonderful home.
