Cop hunt for intruder

Police hope CCTV images will identify a man responsible for an attempted aggravated burglary in Pearcedale.

Casey Crime Investigation Unit is investigating the Thursday 11 October incident.

Police allege about 8pm an unknown man has attempted kick a security door in to gain access to the Ellwood Road address while a 16 year old boy was home.

The unknown man is described as 30 to 40 years of age, about six-foot tall, tanned complexion, with shaved/cropped hair, a full beard and an Australian accent.

Police have released CCTV still images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
