Speeding driver caught

A Berwick man was allegedly caught rocketing down Berwick-Cranbourne Rd, Clyde North on Friday 18 August.

Cardinia Highway Patrol intercepted the 24-year-old’s 2017 BMW Coupe about midnight after being detected traveling at 128km/h in an 80 zone.

The vehicle was impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1038.

The driver will be summonsed to court at a later date.
