Firearms including a sawn off shotgun have been seized during a search of a home in Cranbourne on Thursday 9 August.
Dandenong Divisional Response Unit investigators arrested two men following search warrants at two homes in Cranbourne and Cranbourne North about 5.30am.
Investigators allegedly found and seized a quantity of liquid believed to be GHB, crystalline substance believed to be methylamphetamine and cash at the Cranbourne North house.
A 43-year-old Cranbourne North man was arrested at the scene.
At the Cranbourne address police seized two firearms, a sawn off shotgun and large calibre rifle, and a quantity of what is alleged to be methylamphetamine and heroin.
Police arrested a 42-year-old Cranbourne man was also arrested at that address.
Both men are assisting investigators with their enquiries.
