Missing teen Xavier Graham

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 13 year old Xavier Graham.

The Carrum Downs teen was last seen at an address on Hall Road about 12pm on 29 July.

Police and family members hold concerns for his welfare due to his age and have released an image in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.

Xavier is described as about 178cm tall with a thin build and brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a red, white and black Santa Cruz logo.

Xavier is known to frequent the Frankston, Cranbourne and Mordialloc areas, as well as Southland Shopping Centre.

Anyone with information or who sights Xavier is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
