Building tools and materials valued at more than $100,000 have been uncovered by police in Hampton Park this morning. Casey Crime Investigation Unit detectives arrested a 21 year-old Hampton Park man following the execution of a number of warrants.
Police searched a Barnsbury Close property in Hampton Park, about 9.15am, where they located a large quantity of allegedly stolen tools and building materials.
A number of the goods have already been linked to four local burglaries.
A second warrant was carried out on Alisna Boulevard, Cranbourne North.
Detective’s uncovered more allegedly stolen tools and building materials.
A female resident from the property is also assisting police with inquiries.
