A teenage boy was in a critical condition after an accident in Churchill National Park at Lysterfield South on the morning of Monday 2 October.
Paramedics were called to the park about 12.20am.
The teenage boy reportedly fell from a moving vehicle.
The boy was treated by paramedics for serious head injuries and taken by road to The Alfred hospital in a critical condition.
