Five netted in pre-dawn swoop

By Victoria Stone-Meadows

Five people, including three men from Hampton Park, have been arrested in a series of raids in Melbourne’s South East on Tuesday 1 August.
Detectives from the Casey Crime Investigation unit along with members of the Echo Taskforce uncovered drugs and weapons at properties which were raided about 6am.
A 24-year-old man from Hampton Park, who is a known associate of the Comancheros Motorcycle Gang, and an 18-year-old woman were arrested in Cranbourne North with drugs and weapons in their possession.
Another two Hampton Park men, aged 20 and 21 years old, were also arrested at a different address, with drugs and weapons being seized from that location as well.
A third warrant was executed at an address in Carrum Downs, and a 26-year-old man was taken into custody, and is assisting police with their investigation.
