Smith wanted by cops

Police are asking the public to keep an eye out in the Berwick and Cranbourne areas for 28-year-old Owen Smith.
Smith is wanted by police for matters relating to burglary, criminal damage, theft of a car and more theft charges.
He is described as having brown eyes and a pale complexion and standing about 185 centimetres tall with a solid build.
