A 72-year-old man has been stabbed in the head with a pitchfork during a Cranbourne North home invasion.
Police believe three unknown males gained entry to the man’s house in Endeavour Drive about 11.20pm on Wednesday 15 March.
The man confronted the intruders and was stabbed in the head during the struggle.
Police are unsure if anything was stolen during the aggravated burglary.
The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
