Charges from attack and police pursuit

SIX people have been charged after an alleged Molotov cocktail attack and police pursuit in Cranbourne North and Hampton Park.
Police claim the Molotov cocktail was thrown at police by an occupant in a stolen car in Cypress Court, Cranbourne North on Friday 11 November.
The bottle smashed at the feet of two officers and failed to ignite.
After a police pursuit, four people were arrested at Village Drive in Hampton Park about 10.30am.
A 29-year-old Hampton Park man, a 29-year-old Cranbourne man, a 26-year-old Cranbourne woman and a 19-year-old Cranbourne woman were charged with offences including reckless conduct likely to cause death and theft of a motor vehicle.
They were all remanded in custody overnight and appeared in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 12 November.
A Cranbourne man was also charged and bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 20 January for theft of a motor vehicle and handling stolen goods,
A 33-year-old Cranbourne woman was released pending summons for theft of a motor vehicle.
