A MUM and her four-year-old son who usually frequent Cranbourne are missing.
Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 34-year-old woman, Allyson Monti and her son Dakota Johns.
Allyson and Dakota were last seen by family members on Thursday 8 September about 2pm.
Police and family hold concerns for Allyson as she has a medical condition and for Dakota due to his age.
Allyson and Dakota usually visit the Cranbourne, Gippsland, Bairnsdale and Traralgon areas.
Police have released images of Allyson and Dakota in the hope that someone may have information on their current whereabouts.
Allyson is described as about 170cm tall with a medium build and long blonde hair.
Dakota is described as about 90cm tall with a slim build, short blond hair and glasses.
Anyone who sees Allyson or Dakota is urged to contact the Cranbourne police station on 5991 0600.
