Stolen cars left in flames

TWO station wagons were stolen and set alight in Cranbourne and Clyde North simultaneously.
The incidents, not confirmed to be related, occurred about 3.20am on Friday 15 April.
A white 2014 Mitsubishi station wagon went up in flames on Lesdon Avenue in Cranbourne and had been stolen from an address in Hampton Park.
During the Cranbourne blaze CFA were also extinguishing a fire involving a white 1997 Ford station wagon, which had been stolen from an address in Cranbourne.
The car had been dumped on the side of road on Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Clyde North, before it was set on fire.
The two incidents are currently under police investigation. Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
