Taxi’s rank

AS READERS would be aware, the taxi service has been taken over by 13 CABS.
My husband had an important appointment at Monash Hospital, Clayton.
I called the above number operator and waited 15 minutes. Nothing.
Dialled again, another 15 minute wait. Nothing.
So had to ring and cancel the appointment.
As they have taken over such a large, important business, their performance should be better, not worse.
