Good grounds for saying ‘I do’

By GEORGIA WESTGARTH

CASEY is the place to be if you’re planning on walking down the aisle any time soon.
The Old Cheese Factory will be home to dozens of bridal experts at the April Wedding Expo.
The inaugural event will host decorating stalls, marquee and equipment hire specialists, designers, photographers and celebrants.
City of Casey mayor Sam Aziz said the event will feature more than 50 local and regional wedding suppliers and give visitors a chance to check out reception options at the Old Cheese Factory .
“The Old Cheese Factory itself is a popular wedding venue hosting more than 55 weddings a year, so visitors to the expo can tour the grounds and see ceremony set-ups and garden wedding packages on display,” Cr Aziz said.
Experts from the health and beauty industry will also be on hand to discuss wedding preparation as well as cake decorators, travel companies, florists, invitation and wedding car specialists.
The event will be held on Sunday 10 April, 11am to 3pm, and entry costs $5.
