Hunt for stolen caravan

A BOTANIC Ridge caravan owner is now a caravan short after the van was hired out and never returned.
The theft occurred on Tuesday 16 February around 8.30pm when the offender picked up the white 2002 Canterbury Grande Tourer Caravan from the Botanic Ridge address.
The male hired the caravan, registration P58292, via a website for a two-day period.
It was supposed to be returned to the victim’s address on Thursday 18 February.
The male offender is believed to have taken the caravan to NSW and police have released an image of the stolen caravan in the hope someone will contact Crime Stoppers with information on its whereabouts.
