A THIEF who stole about $2000 worth of power tools and knives from a Cranbourne home also took a can of beer from the fridge before leaving.
The Halstead Court home was raided sometime between 9.30am on 23 January and 12.30pm on 27 January.
The thief broke into the house by forcing open a window before stealing $1820 worth of power tools and a number of knives from the kitchen.
