Boxing Day bandits make off with boat

POLICE have released a photo of a boat stolen from a Cranbourne East property overnight on Boxing Day.
The boat had been parked in the driveway – and the owners were home – when the boat and trailer were stolen from the Westwood Road home between 10.30pm on 26 December and 8.45am on 27 December.
Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Darron Hedge said the thieves cut the trailer lock before stealing the boat and trailer.
