Kittens left clinging to long arm of the law

Six kittens were handed into the Cranbourne Police Station on Thursday morning.

OFFICERS at the Cranbourne Police Station had a warm and fluffy welcome to work after six kittens were handed in.
Police have released an image of the tortoiseshell kittens in the hope the owner will come forward.
The kittens were handed into the station on Thursday morning after a tradesman found them in Mundarring Drive, Cranbourne, about 8.30am.
Cranbourne Police officers have taken the kittens to a pet shop located on the South Gippsland Highway in Cranbourne.
