Car torched at Clyde

FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car fire in Clyde last week.
CFA crews attended the blaze at Muddy Gates Lane on Tuesday 25 August after an allegedly stolen Holden Astra was seen alight shortly after 9pm, with a passer-by spotting the flames from Manks Road.
The car, which was totally destroyed in the blaze, was believed to be stolen from Springvale earlier that day.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or make a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
